Cute Girl Hairstyle With BunTopper Hair Pins

Aren't hair accessories so much fun?

Last week my mom and I were sent these cute little BunToppers to try out– I could not wait to put them in my hair!!

BunToppers are cute little bobby pins with characters on the top that you can add to your bun or ponytail.

When we did my hair with the BunTopper, we made a half up/ half down bun. The hair that was left down my mom waved with our wave iron (I loooooove wavy hair!).

I think this style kind of looks like Belle from Beauty And The Beast, don't you?

BunToppers are sold online for $6 each

Each BunTopper character is different. They have different skin tones, different hair colors, different hair accessories in their hair, and different interests– just like real girls!

You learn about each BunTopper's story on the side of the box that they come in.  There are 8 of them that you can collect. Right now I have 4 –but I'm going to give one to my friend in school so we can wear them on the same day.

My favorites so far are Alex (the rockstar) and Rose (the dancer).

I Went To The Meghan Trainer Concert!!!

For my birthday, one of my best friend's, Michaela surprised me with tickets to see MEGHAN TRAINOR!!!

Is that the best gift ever?? I was so surprised! I was even more surprised when she told me the concert was the next day!!

Luckily my friend Nicole (She was my 8th grade buddy when I was in Kindergarten), gave me the perfect concert outfit and I couldn't wait to wear it!

I also wore the outfit to school that day.

I love the leather and plaid jacket and the lace ruffle on the skirt. The outfit also came with a big heart shaped necklace.

When I got home, I put on make-up and face gems & chalked my hair too! Nicole and her mom also got me the hair chalk. It's like they KNEW I was going to a concert!

The concert was in NYC and we stopped to get something to eat first. Our Moms mixed up the times and almost missed the beginning of the show!!!! Hailey Steinfeld opened and I really like her song.

Thankfully, the restaurant held our food for us to eat after the show.

While we were at school, Michaela's mom and my mom worked on concert signs for us. They were SO cool!! They even lit up! But when we got to the door, the man said we couldn't bring them in. SAD FACE.

But then when we were walking to our seats, we kept getting closer... and closer... and closer... THIRD ROW!!!  --- HAPPY FACE!

We were THIS close!

Michaela and I danced and sang to all of the songs and even got a t-shirt at the end.

It was such a crazy and fun night.

Best birthday surprise ever!

Kid Concert Review: Taylor Swift 1989 Tour

Taylor Swift is my favorite singer EVER.

I know all of her songs.

My Mom and Dad surprised me this week with tickets to Taylor Swift's concert at Met Life Stadium.

I was SOOOOOO excited.

I ran up to my room and picked out a dress that looked like one Taylor Swift would wear– black and white stripes with a red bow and red sneakers.

My mom even let me wear red lip stick and eye liner like Taylor does!

Before the concert we tailgated. Me and my mom had never been to a tailgate before. It was fun. My dad BBQ'd and everyone in the parking lot was singing and dancing to Taylor Swift songs.

The only bad part about the tailgating was the bathrooms. Port-a-potties are GROSS!!! I am NEVER going in one of those again!

When the show was about to start we went inside to our seats. I couldn't wait for the show to start! I was hoping she sang "Shake it off" first. That is my favorite song.

Before Taylor started, we all Periscope'd and talked to people online about our tailgate. That was really fun. People kept giving us lots and lots of hearts.

SHOWTIME

One of the cool things at the concert were these light up bracelets. Everyone got one and they changed color with the music. It even matched a light up dress Taylor had!

Taylor's costumes were SO pretty!! I wanted them all.

This dress was my favorite. It's so sparkly!

A lot of Taylor Swift's friends were at the show too. They were all famous models.

Another one of her friends that she sang with was Nick Jonas! He sang his song "Jealous".
Everyone screamed REALLY loud. We were surprised to see him there.

I had a lot of fun at the Taylor Swift concert, but I was very very very tired by the end.

It ended at 11:00!

I hope I get to see her again next summer!
